A film festival is more than a series of films projected on the big screen. It is also a close-knit group of friends, acquaintances, visitors and, of course, volunteers. A big gang that changes somewhat in composition each year, but still has a solid core. People who roll up their sleeves time and again to be there. Whether it is for the construction, as a hall guard, waiter at the bar or at the reception, or to help with the technical side of the projection to preparing delicious food in the kitchen: everyone is an indispensable link within the organisation and their role is as important as that of everyone else.
